777c Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 777c, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to all activities you carry out on the 777c platform — including but not limited to browsing the Game Lobby, participating in promotions, making PKR deposits and withdrawals, and communicating with our support team.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 777c. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 777c will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Verification

777c may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

04 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 777c are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the same payment methods used for deposits. 777c targets same-day processing for all PKR withdrawal methods, though processing times may vary based on transaction volume and verification status.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the player.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be deducted before a withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal section of your account.
• 777c reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• In cases of suspected fraud or account irregularity, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused pending investigation.

Players are encouraged to submit withdrawals promptly after completing their gaming session. 777c does not impose inactivity fees on verified accounts, but unverified accounts with dormant balances may be subject to administrative review after an extended period of inactivity.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are granted to one account per household, IP address and device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 777c reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation will be considered abuse. 777c may void bonuses, close accounts and withhold funds in such cases.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 777c — including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and table games — are provided by established third-party game studios including JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Spadegaming. Each game operates on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology maintained and audited by the respective studio.

Game Results

Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. 777c does not have the ability to alter game outcomes, and disputes regarding individual game results will be reviewed against the recorded game data logs provided by the game studio. If a technical fault interrupts a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any stake returned to your account balance.

Bets placed in Live Casino are binding once the dealer announces "no more bets." 777c is not responsible for the behaviour of individual dealers, who are employed by the studio providing the live stream.

Fish Games

Fish shooting games use a fixed-payout model where each creature type has a defined payout multiplier. Boss events and special creatures operate within the parameters set by the game studio. Cannon upgrades and game room selections are permanent for the duration of the session and cannot be reversed mid-round.

08 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 777c covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other available sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

Bet Placement

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the system with a valid bet slip reference.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that bet.
• In-play bets are subject to brief processing delays during which odds may change. If odds change materially during processing, you will be notified before the bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed during bet placement.

Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the defined settlement window; there is a clear and demonstrable error in the published odds; or the event result cannot be officially confirmed within a reasonable period. 777c follows the official results published by the sport's governing body for settlement purposes.

PSL and Cricket Coverage

777c covers Pakistan Super League matches across all stages of the tournament including the knockout rounds and the final. In-play markets are available for all major PSL and T20 international matches and include ball-by-ball betting options such as runs off delivery, wicket next over and session totals.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777c and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral for further action:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee profit.
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 777c support staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not publicly available or intended for your account level.

777c employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe you have witnessed prohibited conduct by another player, report it to our support team.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

777c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, payment disputes or chargeback attempts.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.

Player-Initiated Closure

Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and that your account balance has been cleared. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
